I got married with a cuban journalist in 1994. At this time Cuba was in the "special period" and very few actual photography existed. I took the chance and started to develop further my photographic skills with focus on cuban people, personalities and the cuban daily life.

It is all about people and emotions and you have to be close to the subject.
