I live with my wonderful husband of 11 years just a few miles outside of the Detroit City limits. We do not have any pets or children, although we do like them both :) I've lived in Michigan all of my life and even though I've traveled to some amazing places, something keeps drawing me back to my home state.

Currently I work full time in the IT field but my dream is to someday be able to pursue my crafty interests for a living. My handmade creations are for sale at www.dreaminofbeadin.etsy.com. I'm happiest when I'm making pretty things, so I have much respect for those who are able to support themselves exclusively by doing what they are passionate about. I love that I am able to display my work and random snippets of my daily adventures on Flickr. Thank you for taking the time to look. Hopefully I'll get a "big girl" camera one day and then I'll have some amazing pictures to show you.

Other loves of mine include my awesome family and friends, cooking, gardening, Farmer's Markets, music, Live theatre, wine, travel and taking in all that this beautiful world has to offer.
