I am a musician, retired teacher and academic author living in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands. I have a lifelong love of photography that was inspired by my grandfather.

I was a Pentax user in the days of film but moved over to SLR digital in 2013 going with Sony Alpha.

I love seeing great photos by other photographers and in this respect my interests are wide and varied. My own pictures reflect that same eclectic taste - the natural world, my dog (Lola), my family, music themes, hobbies and my love of dark, mysterious themes all play a part.
