David Poe was born in Spirit Lake, Iowa in 1953. He studied photography and painting at the University of Northern Iowa and has taken photographs during his travels over the past 40 years. Poe’s work has been exhibited at the Waterloo Center for the Arts and the Hearst Center for the Arts and featured in several national publications:
