We are a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) commercial and community development organization. Our goal is to be the organization that enhances and drives the revitalization of the Downtown Staten Island Business District, including the Bay Street corridor and surrounding neighborhoods.

Our Board of Directors works in conjunction with our members, through general meetings, committees, special events, projects and programs, to further our common goals of improving the economic environment, encouraging public and private investment, expanding business and employment opportunities and neighborhood beautification. We act as a liaison between our members, City agencies, and elected officials to disseminate information, troubleshoot problems and address quality of life issues which impact on businesses and residents alike.
