I'm a mom of two teenagers. I work downtown as an executive assistant.

I run and knit, activities which give me joy and blog fodder. My running keeps me fit enough to try other adventures too, like triathlons (swimming, cycling), hiking, orienteering, etc.

Having a digital camera and this great place to share the pics is icing on the cupcake of my life.
