I have always had a interest in photography, as a kid my dad always had some kind of Canon Film SLR to play with. I would take the odd shot, and thought this was pretty cool, but back then it wasn't cool to "waste" film, so film was saved for important pictures of family members.

Junior High came around and we where given manual camera's with Black and White Film to roam free shoot whatever we want and develop them ourselves in a Darkroom. This was very cool

My mid 20's came around, and I new I wanted a SLR, because I new enjoyed photography. I had won a local contest and received a $250 Gift Card at the local camera store..along came my Pentax MZ-7...but I only dabbled and never really got serious

2006 Came around, and Digital SLR's where becoming affordable, and I new I would be able to play a little more so I went out and picked up a Canon 30D for the next 4 years I took over 10000 images which isn't much, but I was dabbling more and more.

2009 was the year that I would dive in. I have learned more in the last year then I have in my last 20. I am always looking at ways to improve myself, and am always looking to learn new things about photography. It is a a Hobby I enjoy, and maybe one day I might make enough money from it to pay off my gear!
