I am just starting a new endevor as a Restaurant reviewer. It is interesting and I love it so far. I have done everything in the industry from sous-chef, hostess, lead chef, to cashier. Even purchasing and most other "back of the house" jobs. I am reviving an old hobby. Photography. There is so much to learn. Starting with no film. WOW, this looks like it will be fun.
