Hi, I'm a retired speech pathologist, polymer clay artist, and crazy cat lady! My favorite polymer clay technique is caning. I also make polymer clay jewelry, do beadwork, some wirework, and dabble in a whole bunch of other arts and crafts! I love animals and nature, so photos of these subjects always grab my attention. I also love color, form, and pattern represented in everything from spectacular landscapes to a row of colored markers ! Needless to say I spend a lot of time on Flickr looking at all the 'eye candy' !
I just got a new camera (Nikon D40), and hope to improve my photography and photo processing skills. Although my main motivation for getting a DSLR was to take quality photos of my polymer clay work, I've since become interested in photographing many other subjects, such as my beautiful kitties !
