Dopiaza (Dave) has his birthday this weekend so I thought I'd write a testimonial. Dave is a good friend, amazing chef and an all round talented guy. I've had the pleasure of sampling his cooked delights and the fantastic food pictures and mouth watering descriptions live up to his culinary prowess. Dave's photographs always intrigue me and he has an amazing eye for beautiful compositions in things that we find around us on a day-to-day basis. His enthusiasm for other people's work is always refreshing and he inspires me to take better pictures. Thanks for being a friend and a fellow flickr-ite... Happy Birthday Dave!
