I have always loved snapping with point and shoot cameras, but in the last few years I have tried to raise the bar. My technical knowledge, both with the camera and post-processing, is still pretty basic, but improving. The work on flickr is a huge inspiration. While i am not interested myself in doing HDR or extreme post-processing (except for the odd experiment), i try to keep an open mind about others' efforts in these directions.
