I am a newbie to the world of DSLR photography. I am slowly learning the nuances of the trade. Its been a rewarding experience for me after having used higher-end point and shoot cameras (Canon S1 IS and Olympus C720UZ). I normally shoot photographs only when I am travelling and so most of my pictures are of travel (documentation) photography nature. Hopefully I diversify the nature of my photography. I am here in flickr mainly to get inspiration and to improve my photography skills. I would love to see some suggestions, criticism, and new ideas.

P.S.: I would be glad if you comment on my pictures only if you like my pictures, and not just because I visited your photostream and made a barrage of comments. I would have done so because I liked your pictures a lot. Thanks!
