I am the author of Elton John FAQ: All That’s Left to Know About the Rocket Man.

I am also a freelance music journalist and the publisher of Write On Music (www.writeonmusic.com), which features my music criticism as well as artist interviews.

I hold a B.A. in English, concentrated in American and British literature, from the University of South Florida.

While I shoot an assortment of subjects that interest me on a personal level, I possess a particular interest in photographing live concerts in conjunction with my occupation. In recent years, my media credentials have afforded me opportunities and access to photograph U2, B.B. King, Augustana, Michael Franti, and the Counting Crows, among others.

I shoot with a Canon EOS Rebel XSi, a Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 lens, and a Canon EFS 18-55mm kit lens. Some photos are shot using a Fuji Finepix F20.
