Quality Assurance accountabilities and Technical Support responsibilities from unique teams gave me a great jump start to my professional career in United States. During that time, I was able to master English language while getting to know various cultures, styles and environments of work. Over the last 8 years I’ve been helping clients to increase their efficiency, effectiveness and overall client service by supplementing their newly deployed next generation software systems with custom enhancements. Those improvements and extensions were tailored to bridge technology gaps and fulfill even the most unique challenges of business workflows. Aside from external projects, I created a stable networked development environment for my Professional Services team to share and built in-house tools that secured significant internal efficiency improvements. Setting up web-based collaboration platforms, social business software and enterprise social networks broadened my technological horizons and strengthened my belief in teamwork. Multiple promotions at work fueled my energy to advance my technical expertise by taking on more and more demanding projects. At the same time, I honed my business acumen, polished my project management skills and earned MBA with concentration in Management Information Systems.
