Graduated from Barnegat, NJ High School in 1957. Served in the US Air Force 1958-1962 which included being at Spangdahlem AFB, Germany May 1959-July 1962, working at the Ammunition Dump. Began learning about and working with the IBM 1620 Model 1 computer in September 1962. Having a fifty year career with computers, working mostly with Candy & Tobacco warehouses in six states, writing applications eventually using the UNIX operating system for more than thirty years.
