Like seating in a train which travels me through life, the views parading outside framed by the windows under the rhythmic sound of the rails resamples the noise of the camera mirror while capturing photos. It is not always known what the next destination or frame will be and memory is eager to keep them all, for the sake of being in existence.

Maybe photography today is the topmost mean to capture and record the visible world around us, however, external stimulus, emotional tension, the mood on what is captured out of what is parading in front of my field of vision remain those substantially depicted on each photo.

More than 50,000 photos, without those in film, I am trying to create an archive to share with myself my family and some friends.

Starting with a Zenith-E on the 1970s after a Minolta SRT-101 ending to a Nikon FE which I still have.

After a 20-year break, I came back to my hobby now joined by my son. We consider ourselves not at all pros or artists and avoid to the most post-processing. Now we are blessed to have the ability to travel and use decent equipment, still from Nikon family and actually much over our skills. Maybe one day the output may justify the expense or just our preferences to high-end equipment. Meanwhile, we do enjoy.

Respecting artists’, creators’ and professionals’ works and copyrights, I do please anyone who may want to use any photo to contact me in advance. I do not focus to make a living from photography here, but many people do and this has to be respected in principle.
