Who am I?

 

I hate pettiness. And kiwi fruit. But besides that I am pretty much ok with people and places in my life. ;-)

 

My name is Claus. I live in Copenhagen in Denmark. I am 42 yrs.old.

 

Copenhagen is NOT a part of Sweden, as you may think (typically american users ;-). Denmark is a small country NEXT to Sweden. I love this city - been here all my life.

 

I am a single father of 1. Rosa the Beloved is the one taking up much of the space on my photostream.

 

My interests lie in communications. In all forms. I work with communications and I always try to become better at it.

 

I try to always think positively. If I should choose some words to be the cornerstones of my life, it would propably be "enthusiasm", "humility" and "honesty".

 

Photography is my way of being creative. I absolutely love being out there with my camera. My obsession is about seeing the interesting, not working in photoshop or becomming the best at artful photography. I photograph anything that grabs my interest.

Though I have no big ambitions - I do like to try hard at what I do - to produce the best results possible, and I will settle for no less.

 

I enjoy the sweet tastes in life, though I sometimes crave the salty. ;-)

 

Experience and indulgence are key to my way of being. I will always choose a new experience over the old habit. And I try to indulge myself in matters of people, history, psychology, philosophy, the esoteric and the humourous.

 

I like to travel - and would love to go places I have never seen before - on my mind is mainly South America, Sicily and Australia. I would love to experience more wildlife before extinction.

 

I believe that it is better to have loved and lost - than to never have loved at all. Strongly.

 

I enjoy reading and will do as much of it that my life allows.

 

I enjoy getting comments, suggestions and ratings on my shots posted here, as it keeps me on the edge for improving my skills. So please feel free to do so. ALSO if you are critical to my approach or think you can do better. ;-)
