Rush is a Australian photographer who is influenced by music & youth culture extending from his background as a DJ. After graduating from the School of Art at the Australian National University, he ventured to the USA in 2006 for an internship in Los Angeles working with a distinguished DJ & PR company. Rush was given the opportunity to document hip hop videos & Hollywood events that saw his images published on MTV.com + Rhyme & Reason magazine.

With his love for black & white film, Rush is building a reputation in the industry for delivering classic images, this has seen his work published in Germany, Mexico, USA & across Australia.

Rush has photographed well known hip hop figures & bands such as Bone Thugs & Harmony, Tyga, Koolism, Clyde Carson, DJ Skee, 2AM Club & NBA basketball player Patty Mills.

Rush has his first solo exhibition from June 16 – June 27, 2011 at The Front Gallery, Canberra.
