basically, i've been thinking about writing him a testimonial for the longest time now, i just have so much to say that i've been putting it off! i don't even know where to start. he is like the first actual person i've written one of these for, where i don't have to look at their pictures before i write, to fish for something nice to say. although we don't really have the same picture styles, i love all of his pictures because they are filled with so much emotion and meaning. his self portraits are incredibly creative and he is a master at photography, even though it's been like seven months since he's gotten into it. i've never received such long flickr mails from someone before, and i've never had so much in common with someone from flickr before! i honestly feel that dillon is a genuine, sincere kid and we actually have a real life friend in common! wow. small world. anywaaay, i look forward to seeing his film, and future shots, and i am very flattered to be able to call him a lovely flickr friend. (: OH. and we share a common fetish for tinfoil crowns and cuttoffs from thrifted jeans. just sayyyyingg.

Dillon is the type of photographer who intrigues you with every photograph, and grants you this feeling of serenity and this subtle enthusiasm, that i honestly cannot even begin to explain. he's just extraordinary. i remember his very first photograph that just caught my heart, and tugged at its strings, was The Sorting Hat picture, for Harry Potter Week. it is, without a doubt, the sweetest, most precious picture i've ever seen. he photographs so splendidly, and you never get tired of his lovely face, or his unique body language that speaks so clearly through his photos, and you never get tired of his brilliant, yet simple, ideas in his photographs. his stream is the one i cannot go a day without checking for new stuff, because i'm so eager to see what he puts up next. i am quite certain that i am in the top 5 fans of his work. and, on top of which, he's a truly wonderful boy; and i would be so very thrilled if somehow, in the future, he and i met... but, you know what? even if it doesn't happen, it'll be all right; because somehow, i feel a connection to him already, and i know that i will stay devoted to supporting him and speaking with him, for a rather long time; and i hope he intends to do the same for me. i appreciate him so much, and am incredibly grateful to have come across his beautiful stream. :)

His shots always manage to leave me captivated because they are filled not only with creativity, but they manage to command the attention of the viewer.
