I'm brand new to this photography stuff - I bought my first camera at the beginning of September, 2007. And yes...it's a cheap little point and shoot! But I'm having a really good time learning to use it, and I've promised myself that once I've figured out where the macro setting is, learn how to use the time delay feature, and have a good grasp of the other features and of lighting, composition and so on, that I'll upgrade.

Dizzeee (a.k.a. Kim) recently started in photography and may have just a point-and-click camera, but she has jumped into photography with both feet. She quickly involved herself in the Flickr community and it didn't take long before her talents started getting recognized. Dizzee has an interest in Halloween, nature, and old-fashioned things and using b&w and sepia tones. But her strongest abilities have shown through with her flower macro shots. She has received numerous Flickr awards and does so seemingly effortlessly. She has a real natural ability for that 'special' capture that is sure to catch your eye. At the amazing rate that Kim is improving her skills, she is sure to produce more photos that will astound us all.
