Wow, I'm the first to write about Dionne. LOL. :-P I met Dionne at a Starbucks in Grapevine Texas late one Sunday night in March 2012. We were both sitting out in our vehicles making good use of the free WiFi access after closing time. She was uploading her photos and responding to a plethora of photo comments. I was watching Hulu and checking email. At some point around midnight Dionne decided to stick her head into my open passenger-side window. (and I do mean INTO the vehicle. LOL.) Later she explained that she thought my vehicle was empty and was going to take a picture of the inside. ( riiiight. Lol. ) Around 3am, I decided to ask her what she was so seriously working on over in her car, and that led to a 2-hour narrative about Dionne's interesting life....covering way back to 1996 or so, which I have since discovered is only the tip of the ice burg...just as she said upon tiring at 5am. She also shared her wonderful photo-work with me and re-awakened the photo-bug in me. :) For me, it was a fun memorable night, meeting a unique person, and I am expectantly waiting to take her up on her offer to tag along on one of her shooting days....which is taking forrrrrreeeeevvvvveeerrrr. Lol.
