João Paulo Cobra, mais conhecido como NOVE, é artista plástico autodidata e vive na cidade de São Paulo. É conhecido por sua técnica primorosa e pela influência da natureza e da tecnologia em sua arte. Telas, madeiras e metais são suportes, além, claro, da rua, ambiente onde pinta constantemente, desde 1999. A arte de Nove retrata o cotidiano com sua linguagem psicodélica, criando ambientes totalmente non-sense.
