ABOUT ME

I truly love the visual image, especially the one that can empower us or inspire us to new heights. A good photograph can range from something simple and raw to one that is created with the aesthetics from a master craftsman. In a good image I enjoy hat you do with contrasts, light, shapes and lines to emphasize the essence, or what you see as the essence_ A great Photograph will not only seduce the eye, it will capture the emotion of the heart.

I don't always believe in the technique or the rules of capturing an image, I believe in the artistic result and in the visualization of how we see the world. A camera is just a tool, as a brush is to a painter on a piece of canvas. The only concern I have is how I am going to frame my image and shoot it, and afterwards how am I going to alter my images to my reality....

More About Me:

I studied film and I always wanted to be a filmmaker, so I guess I have been in love with images and everything visual since I was a small child. I love cameras and it is a great way to preserve memories and travels throughout my life. Also it is a great way to learn about life and society by documenting it's people and institutions and trying to understand them.

I enjoy posting here on Flickr, as it is a great way to get feedback on some of the things I shoot and to be inspired by some the really great work posted by others. Also, this is a great way to meet other who have a like minded love for photography and we can learn from each other, to improve our art to new levels.
