Located opposite Diani post office just 100 mts from the beach is Diani Campsite & Cottages. Facing what was formerly Tradewinds, the first beach hotel in Diani, it was established in 2003 as a campsite. Recently the emphasis has shifted towards cottages of which there are 12 ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. All rooms are en suite and 8 of them are self catering.

Diani Backpackers is one of the latest additions that Diani Campsite and Cottages has set up this year given the increasing numbers of campers and truckers coming through diani.I`ts total carrying capacity is 150 pax and is just 100mtrs away from the cottages and 200mtrs away from the beach,it has four main structures which are kitchen,lounge,showers and toilets and a small store (for equipments).final preparations are underway and come end month it should be ready to launch.Current off peak rates are 500ksh with our equipments and 400ksh with own equipment, during peak season it`ll be 1000ksh with own equipment and 1500 with our equipment.Recreational facilities such a pool table,darts board and mini bar shall also be available.WI-FI is under consideration but send us your thoughts too.
