I have been following Diane's work for a while now and it's been a wonderful experience. Artwork at it's finest is what her photography is, gorgeous, captivating and inspiring. The fact that we are both cat-lovers also has something in common and her portraits of Hudson are endearing and charming. Diane is one of my first contacts on flickr. I still have no idea who asked who to be their contact first but it was probably me who asked Diane because she has this very cool cat named Hudson. That’s right. I was after Diane for her cat. But when I got to know her more I knew there was much more to Diane than just an apathetic feline. Diane knew photography, and she knew it well. I really enjoy her pictures of Huds……er….I mean her gardens and various blooms around her property. When she posted the photos of her house remodel I felt like I was right there sitting next to Hudson as I stroked his amazing coat of fur (WOOF, did I just say that out loud?). And then I found out something totally awesome: Diane and I are both French Horn players. Can you believe it? Now I know Hudson will like me. But seriously, Diane’s photostream is one of my favorites. From the scenes of her vacations to the pictures of her unique flowers and, YES, the photos of her cat, too. It makes me happy to not only call her a contact, but a friend, also. If you browse her photostream you will enjoy every page.
