Originally from the UK - moved to WA in 2007. Have been into photography from an early age, but took it up more seriously since moving to Oz. I shoot with Canon. My passions are birdlife (which is in abundance out here) and flowers (including macro work). I have spent the last 2 years saving for a Canon EF400mm f/5.6L prime lens, which I now have. I'm still getting to grips with it and go out birding as often as I can to get as much practice as I can. I realise I have a lot to learn about photographing birds. My current aim is to get a shot accepted into the 2012 Perth Royal Show..... so practice, practice, practice!!!!
