Diana is a performing composer and musician playing Piano Violin & Guitar, synths and other stuff. She was a founder member of Rock/Roots band Elephant Shelf and also the Delta Ladies. She composes in a variety of styles from pop to rock to Jazz and and classical music .Diana is also expert in multi-media recording and music production.

Slightly mad obsessive prone to moaning a lot. Sometimes interesting and often confused.

I enjoy meeting people though I am naturally quite shy, and also prone to be very nervous too.

Which is why I had to Join a band LOL.

I have had long term problems with affective disorder (manic depression sort of but a milder form) but cope with it quite well on a practical basis. I was on anti-depressants for a long period of time, but I now do better with out them. I am currently semi- retired and scratching a living as a musician, I played with Elephant Shelf and the Delta Ladies, I also perform solo as a pianist doing mostly jazz & standards from the past 70 years and even a spot of music hall stuff.

I have a bit of a bee in my bonnet about disability rights and homelessness. I am what I suppose you would call a slacktivist as I do a bit to help publicise issues on line and occasionally sing about them a bit.

This page is primary to keep people informed about gigs I am doing, music I create and the Bands I play in.Plus a bit of trivia. I have some interest in Politics and am basically a Socialist. Please don't wave your bling in my face as it won't impress me much. And don't give me all that I worked hard to get where I am Rubbish. A lot of us worked hard, but in the end is often down to luck or having the right parents.

I am a re-moaner and just wish my language skills were better but sadly I am dyslexic and that does not help much.

BTW I tend not not do chat as I don't type very fast.

Previously I was doing web development php js flash (podcasting ,widgets and stuff) and so forth. Ecommerce sites and web II sites. Wordpress as a CMS and a lot of other stuff to do with databases. Due to circumstances beyond my control I can't do much of that stuff now though I do the odd job occasionally.
