Who we are

The Creating Opportunities for Sustainable Spending on Roads (CrossRoads) Programme is an £18 million (approximately UGX 70 billion) DFID UK funded programme, which will run for four years in Uganda.

What we do

CrossRoads is working to improve (1) the quality of Uganda’s road network and (2) the efficiency of the Government of Uganda’s spending on roads. All of this will help to reduce poverty and improve people's quality of life.
