This is my photostream.
...
recently, you'll find lots of phone shots in my gallery.
After selling my DSLR, I really just want to try a different method of enjoying shooting before picking up a real camera again. Taking photos with mobile devices is more tricky than using a pro camera. Unless doing documentary shoots, you can't just freeze the time from a normal pov and rely on the sheer details, sharp features and accurate color gradients the camera interprets from our physical world, people call it a mobile device for a reason. Let alone swallow dofs and low light conditions.
Being with these frustrating restrictions, it starts to demand one to well observe his surroundings and spot simple yet powerful compositions. Otherwise the capture can eventually hurt your eyes. Once you did it, appreciating what a little shitty phone cam is capable of can be awarding and satisfying. That turns out to be fun.
Beware that, nearly all of my shots are post color corrected (it's a must for phone photos, optional for pro cam photos). A handful of them are content-altered, like vignetting, fake DOF and removal of certain small objects. Even though i dont do heavy modifications, some people just prefer untouched camera data too much. If you are one of them, please look at somewhere else.
That's it. I dont just take shots, I create shots. It's like an alternative art to me. Either real scenes, programmed CG scenes or the combined hybrids.
