I have a rather eclectic array of skills that I have acquired over the years,

I have this intense need to make things all the time. My "skills" include machine knitting, making soy candles, hot process soap, thread crochet, lamp work beadmaking, origami, quilting, baking, canning, preserving old family letters and mementos, leather braiding, and lately, quilling!...so much over the years There are not enough hours in the day, nor years in my life, so I hurriedly lurch through each day trying to cram as much as I can into each hour (when I'm not working or napping of course).

In 2015, we began our journey as nomads in our Mansion on Wheels, a 40ft motorhome. I bought a decent camera to document our travels and have since come to love photographing the odd and neglected. Weeds on the roadside, fallen down buildings and barns, and my current favorite, gates (everyone has them in TX).
