The first time I met Danny was at Granger WMA in central Texas. He was bouncing around a crowd of like minded strangers with an open shirt and shades. I instantly pegged him for an eccentric. I had already followed his adventures on the net so I had an idea of what drove the guy. What I didn’t know was just how big of a creative brain that sat under his skull. Over the years he has consistently entertained me with his over the top approach to life. Recently he picked up a camera with the same zeal I have seen time and again. Consequently, it does not surprise me at all that his images are not only improving but are showing up in favorites all over the web including explore. I think Danny would agree that a lot of his best work is still in front of him. It seems his images improve by the hour. Now with increasing frequency, they blow me away.
