Botanist by day, Photographer by night. Well, not just by night, I love photography all the time! I've been working to develop my skills over the past 6 or so years. I love all kinds of subject matter, but I can't deny that plants seep into my work from time to time.

I began working with film and still do as much as I can afford. I resisted the digital changeover for as long as I could, and though I use my XTi as my primary camera now I think too many people are too dependent on programs like Photoshop rather than on their photographic skills.

Ranting aside, for film my partner in crime is a Canon EOS Rebel T2. For digital I have Gladys, my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi.
