I'm a 16 year old Las Vegan who loves to take pictures whether it's the simplest things or the most beautiful view. I got into photography around Xmas time last year soon after I got my first digital camera, which was Kodak ZD710 that I got as a gift because it went on sale.

 

I recently got a new Nikon D40 replacing my old Point and Shoot cameras (Kodak ZD710, Casio Exilim EX-Z75, Lumix FZ5). I still use them every once in awhile. But right now, I can't get my hands off my new D40. It's a really fun camera to use and the controls are simple compared to other DSLRs I've tried and used in the past. It's pretty much the perfect camera for me at the moment. The size is pretty compact.

 

My other passion is music. Actually, it's my biggest passion. Ever since I was a little child. I sing, play guitar, bass and piano. And occasionally, I play the drums...but not so well. Hehe. I also love to compose my own songs. It helps me get rid of my emotions.
