Downtown Chilliwack Business Improvement Association (BIA)

Desmond plans and executes numerous events throughout the year including two Customer Appreciation Days, Village Classic Car Show, Christmas in the City, and the ever-popular Party in the Park. Desmond also oversees the marketing and communications plan for the downtown area.

Desmond is the President of the Rotaract Club of Chilliwack-Fraser, a director on the Chilliwack & District Agricultural Society board, and a member of the fundraising committee for Chilliwack Community Services.
