I am a designer, an artist and well traveled. As a result, I have rebuilt a humble split ranch built in 1957 with an attention to detail unheard of for homes in this price bracket. When the market was strong and escalating, it seemed wise to invest significant resources into renovating the property and grounds into a jewel – an oasis for our family. I spared no expense and hired contractors who were accustomed to working on multi-million dollar estates as I learned early on that their work ethic and aesthetic paralleled my own.
