Photographer and artist who tries to be harmless who considers himself to be a follower of the visual artistic tradition of the Sri Lankan polymath creator Lionel Wendt (1900-1944). Some of my artworks were reproduced in Juturna (Male Art Magazine) in January 2022. Some artworks are available from Waruna Antiques, 761 Peradeniya Road, Kandy, Sri Lanka.

Most of the photographs here are taken in Sri Lanka where I try to show aspects of that island's past, present and future. I also include some drawings and other art created by me. This collection should be totally free of advertisements.

Since 20 May 2013 most of my photographs on Flickr are shown under the CC licence "Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.0 Unported". This means you are welcome to make complete copies of any of them for non-commercial purposes but may not use them for commercial purposes or alter them without my express permission. Also please remember to attribute the photograph to "Denish-C". If you wish to use any for commercial purposes please send me a written request. I would like to respectfully point out that I do not usually take part in competitions nor do I join groups where I must give other members awards in order to post photographs in the group. Nor do I join or submit photographs to private groups where I cannot see the content, nor do I submit photographs to groups with a large amount of pornographic or highly political content.
