My name is Pam Frasier. I'm 45, but sometimes when people ask how old I am it takes me a few moments to rememeber. I live in South west-ish/central-ish Montana with my husband John, a fabulous potter, our ten year old son Erlan, four dogs, four cats, and seven lazy llamas. Five days a week, Erlan and I drive 25 miles to Livingston, the town where I work as a Resource and Support Coordinator (formerly Case Manager, but no one likes to be thought of as a ‘case to be managed’) at a community health clinic. I take my camera* along so I can capture the beauty of our landscape and whatever wildlife critters happen to be out and about. Erlan has a great eye for raptors as he is very interested in falconry. Erlan is in the forth grade and he and I play rock, paper, scissors to determine who gets to pick the ipod playlist for the long drive to town.

*I recently traded my Minolta point and shoot for a Canon Rebel XTi. John warned me against an SLR as he thought I'd find the whole lens thing cumbersome. He's right, I do, but I really love speed and clarity. Given my level of photographic skill and savvy, I'm probably a point and shoot gal at heart. I would love for someone to point me in the direction of the perfect lens, Please! And I would love to learn photo shop.
