I love painting since I can remember. As a child, teenager, and young adult I spent many hours either admiring or creating art. Life, somehow, took over and after a while painting became just a thought, not a reality.

Recently, however, painting came back into my life. I quickly discovered that the more I paint, the more I want to paint. I started to paint about places I have been, things I have seen, people I know, emotions I experienced. Every piece of my art is very personal and means something to me. I paint because I want to express the feelings that fill my life.

I chose oil as a medium because it is very versatile and allows me to try out different styles. I immerse myself in one, experiment with it, switch to another, come back to the original one and so on. These techniques are sometimes very different, but each one helps me grow as an artist. Take a look at my paintings and you will see what I mean. Among the styles you will find: knife painting, monochrome painting, Fauvist painting. This does not mean I am neglecting other approaches.

When I started this, I had no idea of the awesome joy and satisfaction painting would bring me! The creative work itself is rewarding because it is personal. Together with each piece I include a short description of the subject. There are many memories and emotions in my art, so I find it very thrilling when someone else admires a painting that brought me such joy to create.

Today, my paintings can be found in the following places around the world:
