Welcome to the Delhi Commons PHOTO ARCHIVE :)

This space on flickr brings together the work of many young and emerging photographers based in Delhi. The images have been made between 2008 - 2010, as the city witnessed tremendous structural and social transformations in preparation of the Commonwealth Games 2010.

This archive is part of the Delhi Commons art project and includes a postcard series, an online photography show, Delhi souvenirs and a mobile studio.

The process will conclude in an exhibition in January 2011

On the Delhi Commons website, this space is for anyone who has images to share, to show. You can participate in building this image commons of Delhi as you see it change. Use your DSLR, SLR, point and shoot, and cell phone cameras! Tell an image story, anecdote or a joke! All images submitted will become a part of the Delhi Commons photo archive located here on flickr.
