For the avoidance of doubt, please understand that a photograph cannot be used in any prosecution without the photographer's support: without the photographer's statement that a picture was taken on a particular day, in a particular place, no photograph is admissible as evidence (regardless of what the EXIF data might say).

Just so you know: I randomly alter all my EXIF data and I will never - under any circumstances - give evidence in court regarding when or where any of my photographs were taken.
