A scientist by training and temperament, art and photography have been my passions since childhood and I am rediscovering them recently. As an artist I was strongly influenced by impressionism and the Bengal school of pre-modern India. This influence carries on to my photography where I seek out strokes and angles that convey a story. Living across four continents of the world has contributed to my perceptions. I love exploring themes and Noir is a favourite genre.
