I am an engineer by trade, but love photography. I was unable to take any courses in highschool because you needed art classes first, but was not going to do well in those. And I just didn't think about it or have time in college for photography courses. I don't think of myself as an artistic person, but I know I enjoy great pictures and hope to be able to take some of those my self. I just recently purchased a DSLR and can't wait to take tons of photos!
