I live on the north side of Brisbane at Mango Hill

I decided to experiment with cake decorating in June 2009. The first cake that I did was for my daughter's engagement party in August and then I was hooked!

I absolutely love it and don't need much encouragement or even an occasion to make another one!

I was lucky enough to attend a Planet Cake course in Brisbane in February 2010. What an experience - absolutely fantastic!

My daughter was married in April 2010, so, obviously I was given the task of making her wedding cake. First one I had ever done but I was pretty happy with the end result. She loved it which is the most important thing!

I was lucky enough to be able to give up my full time job in August 2011 to follow my dream of decorating cakes. I think that I am just so fortunate.
