A Maddening Scientist who loves art, music, my beloved, my critters and travel, not necessary in that order! I have a blog that I try to keep updated for my friends and family. I named it "Insanity is a Terrible Thing to Waste" because of how insane my life is and how I keep a very small grip on some semblance of sanity by doing art whenever I can squeeze it in. This blog has been good for me in that I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything "just so". This meant that I never showed my art to anyone. My pledge has been to create art and post it - warts and all. As a result I now am so much happier! My inspirations are mostly friends and my critters and although I wish I could do "serious art", my cartoons are what pop out. I guess there is far too much "silly" in me to ever be serious.
