Camera history:

First 35MM: In 1974 I purchased a Mamiya/Sekor Auto XTL which was stolen about a year later and it was replaced by a Mamiya Auto X-1000.

In 1980 I upgraded to a Nikon N2000 which served me well for more than 25 years.

First digital camera was Canon Digital Elph S110.

In 2005 I owned an Olympus C7000z but sold it the next year.

In 2007 I finally got the digital SLR: Nikon D200, but also added a new pocket point & shoot camera (Canon SD1000).

There are a few other digital point & shoot cameras in the house including Fuji and Kodak but they are mostly used by my boys.

2008 began working on 3D video technology and started taking 3D (cha-cha) photos and was soon hooked. Also built a twin-cam rig with another Canon SD1000 bought on ebay.

A lot of my recent pictures are in 3D using the anaglyph process (red-cyan). To view them properly you will need a pair of 3D glasses. You can get a free pair of the "Anaglyph 3D glasses" at this website: www.rainbowsymphony.com/freestuff.html

I have worked in various engineering and technical areas with the television industry for more than 30 years. My current area of research is stereoscopic (3D) television.

I am also a trained weather spotter in Colorado. My weather webpage is here: www.leyner.org/
