I have been keen on photography for the last couple of years, and have owned a DSLR for about 18 months. I love photographing animals. Luckily my husband is very understanding and has just bought me a new camera. We both enjoy our zoo visits . I feel that I observe far more of the animals behaviour when I am looking at them through my lens.

I'm always buying photography magazines and books in an effort to improve my technique but it sometimes feels like an up hill struggle, lots of practice will hopefully help.

I am also very keen on landscapes, in fact being outside is probably one of my most favourite things, the natural world holds so many wonders and so much beauty.

My biggest wish would be to have more time to get out and take pictures, but sadly I have to work . I usualy only manage one day out a week and I'm very critical of the pictures I take, most of them end up in the recycle bin.
