I am a semi-professional photographer. In retirement we are snowbirds migrating from Western NY to the central east coast of Florida. Durring the summer I stay very busy shooting for the Chautauqua Visitors Bureau, Chautauqua Institution, The Robert H Jackson Center and several nonprofits. In Florida I primarily photgraph nature. I also volunteer as a photographer to identifying North American Right Whales during their migration. Most years we we take an international trip and my wife is usually good at tolerating my photography.

My father painted and drew throughout his retirement. I do not have his talent. Photography satisfies my creative urge.
