I think I came back to photography through using digital cameras at work and realising the possibilities they presented. I don't think I have a particular style and primarily shoot what interests me at the time and what catches my eye. A lot of my focus is on detail and the small scale. Subjects range across the natural and man made but my current pet subjects seem to be antique furniture, toys, woodworking and old tools.

I was working as an artist in video games for twenty five years but have recently had to give that up due to problems with my eye sight and I am increasingly aware that my approach to my photographs is evolving to compensate for my changing vision. It is turning into an interesting time for me!
