I spent 39 years in the field of education. The last 20 years I spent as an author, programmer and public speaker.

My speaking gigs sent me to some of the most magnificent locations on the planet. Yet my inclination was to spend my off hours resting in my hotel room, missing these amazing opportunities. To solve this problem, I bought a descent camera. This brought me out of my room and into the streets, onto the beaches and up the mountain paths of places I'd never imagined seeing in a lifetime. ..and been taking pictures ever since.
