David van Keulen is an urbanistor: he organizes the city. Justice, climate-proof and quality of life are core themes in this. David currently works at the municipality of The Hague as head of Urban Mobility. After his studies in Public Administration in The Hague (bachelor) and Rotterdam (master), he completed the Master of Strategic Urban Studies. As an urban photographer, he captures dynamics, but even more so the forgotten and often unknown places of the city and urban areas.
